How this is modeled. For each system: Implementation-labor savings = services budget × labor content × the share Activate's generation & Co-Pilot automate, per deployment. Operational improvement = that system's operating base × a system-specific efficiency factor (WMS labor/throughput, TMS freight, OMS orchestration, SCP inventory & service), recurring per deployment. Go-live & risk de-risking = the operating base × the disruption each tier removes, per deployment. Values stack across systems on one platform license.
